Enter the last 8 numbers of your UTD-ID and Last Name. Your name must be
entered exactly as it appears on your official records at UTD. However, it is not case sensitive so Smith and smith will work. Compound
last names must be entered as one word without a dash or space. If you have a library fine or overdue items, the system will prohibit your access until your fine is cleared in the Library database. It takes between 24 and 48 hours for a fine paid online to reach the Library staff.
If you are unsure how your name is entered, call
972-883-2953 and ask for assistance.
If you do not know your UTD-ID number, you can find it at https://netid.utdallas.edu/guam/index.html
Many of the electronic resources
available through the University of Texas at Dallas McDermott
Library are governed by license agreements which restrict use to current UTD students, faculty and staff members
or anyone using a computer on campus. It is the responsibility
of individual users to ensure that these resources are used
for personal and/or educational, noncommercial, purposes.
Prohibited uses include, but
are not limited to:
-
downloading or printing entire
journal issues
-
systematically or programmatically
downloading
-
electronically transmitting
online content to mailing lists
-
sending online content to
electronic bulletin boards
Providing
remote access to others would be a breach of the University's
contractual arrangements with publishers and could result
in the suspension of access to these resources for the entire
UTD community.
To search these databases from
off campus, enter the last 8 numbers of your UTD-ID and your last name then click the
Submit button. Please contact the library by e-mail if you experience any technical
problems.
